  1. I've been doing a gluten free diet for a little while now and I am having the biggest cravings for stuff I can't eat. I know in the long run it wouldn't be worth it, but would taste sooo good! lol! Do you guys ever think about cheating and if you did, does it make you very sick afterwards? I've noticed my DH going down and getting lighter and I don't want to mess that up.
  2. You guys are making me drool when I read what you miss lol!
  3. Blood Sugar Issue?

I've noticed since I've been on a gluten free diet that my diabetes has been good for the most part but a few times its been a little high. I assume since their seem to be more carbs in gluten free products that maybe I need to up my insulin intake. Asking doctor tomorrow when I see her
  4. After reading this post yesterday, I went out and bought Van's bluberry ones and they are better than I thought they would be! I only saw bluberry and plain I believe. What other flavors do they have?
  5. Rash On Wrist!

Thanks everyone! It's a hard adjustment, but well worth it! I've actually seem to have more energy now.
  6. Rash On Wrist!

I've actually just started following it maybe 2 days ago (thats also why I joined). I'm hoping to see an improvment soon because it really itches and looks disgusting. I know I should have been taking care of this but late is better than never
  7. Hey there! I just recently joined and was wondering if some of you could help me. I've had celiac disease since I was 10, as well as diabetes type 1. ( I am 25 now) About 9 months ago I've gotten a really bad rash on my right wrist that itches like crazy! I went to a doctor and they gave me medicine, but it helps for a while to lighten up the redness--just never goes away. It's red, flaky and itches nonstop. I'm going to a new endo for my diabetes on Monday, and will bring up everything with her. Just thought maybe you guys could tell me if you've heard of dh on a wrist before. Take care
