  1. Taco Bell?

Thanks Richard! Exactly, the info I was looking for. I guess I set myself back eating those 2 tacos
  2. Taco Bell?

Thanks for that one difference of appearance!! I meant the ingredients however! Haha! I guess I will email them. Thanks for the help anyways
  3. Taco Bell?

Thank you for your reply! Good idea about the print outs! Can anyone answer my question about the difference between a tostada shell and a hard taco shell?!
  4. Taco Bell?

I am new to this and the other day my boyfriend and I went to Taco Bell. I got 2 hard shell tacos with beans instead of meat. I assumed (I know I know) the hard shells would be corn and fine to eat. Then out of curiosity I looked on the website. It says tostadas are safe, but hard shell tacos are not?! Why is that?! Is it because of the beef? However, I had it with beans...maybe different?! Help!! I have done so good on the gluten-free diet that I don't want to mess up over 2 Taco Bell tacos
  5. Thanks for the reply! See this is where I struggle. I need to be gluten-free in order to feel good, but I don't think I can handle much more gluten to actually get tested. Should I just do gluten-free and 'self diagnose' or actually get tested? Ahhh!! Such a struggle
  6. Today is my #1 day of not eating gluten. I decided to go gluten-free again because I hate the way I feel. Just horrible! No, I dont have the pain when I have the aura migraines. I will have a headache with no aura. Or aura with no pain. Weird right?!
  7. Thanks for responding!! I have been tested once for celiac and it came back negative. I still went on a gluten-free diet and felt somewhat better. Of course, I wasn't that educated and I am sure I ate alot that still had gluten ingredients. I then became pregnant and I could consume gluten with no issue! Yay!! Then I had my son 1/4/12. I still could consume gluten with no issues. Or so I thought. I am sure they were more hidden then I realized. I then got my gallbladder removed 6/26/12 because I was having many attacks and had tons of gallstones! I am assuming that was from gluten not digesting correctly. Is that something that could be true?! Now, I have been eating gluten and realize that I feel like crap. I think all these symptoms are gluten related. Let me know! Fatique Anxiety/Depression (I have been on Paxil/Celexa since 16 years old) Bloating/Gas (silent, but deadly kind) Constipation/Diarrhea (depends) Nausea Headaches/Aura Migraines (sometimes I can't see anything, but black floaters) Arthritis Pain (all over my body- mainly legs and hands) Hair Loss (not to the point of balding though) Brain Fog/Lack of Concentration Sound like it?! Should I get tested? Or just do it myself?
  8. Everyone's symptoms are different. What are your symptoms when you have gluten?! Do you have Celiac or Gluten Intolerance? I am just curious what others go through when exposed. Thank you
  9. Ugh. I really feel like my emotions are going crazy right now! It's pissing me off to say bluntly! I just want to feel better. Hopefully, the withdrawals will go away soon...they have to eventually right?! I am glad I am not the only one. I am also dealing with gallstone pain, which is not helpful at all! Anyone, not get the 'celiac' diagnosis, but know that is what you have? Also, anyone able to still use products containing gluten (i.e; shampoo, lotion, etc)??
  10. I have been 100% gluten-free since Friday when I was in the hospital with gallstones and my gluten flare up was so bad!! The worse it has been since having my son in Jan. Since I have been gluten-free free I have had some wierd things go on. Overall, I feel better, but I am exhausted like I was run over by a truck, I am super hungry all the time like I have never eaten before, I get so irritable like I am PMSing 24/7, and I have super BAD gas... I looked this up and I read about gluten withdrawl...could this be it? What were your symptoms?? HELP!!
  11. Hi there! So I have been wheat intolerant since 2009. After having my son this past January my symptoms are even worse and I can no longer ingest any type of gluten at all. I haven't been diagnosed yet, but I am pretty sure staying away from gluten will reduce my symptoms. Yesterday, I was taken to the hospital because of intense abdominal pain. Turns out I have gallstones and I will need to have them removed next week. Ugh! Anyways, I was reading how common it is to have both gallstones and Celiac Disease. Interesting! Nice to "meet" you all! It will be nice to have you all to talk to!! Ok, so my questions! I am wanting to go shopping and get some things that I can have to eat, but I am unsure if any of these are a no-no! Let me know. Thanks Coffee- Regular folgers, store brands, etc. Coffee Pods- One cup size Non-Dairy Dry Creamer All sugar okay? What kind of salad dressing?! What kind of oatmeal?! I like Rudi's bread so I will get a loaf of that! Anything else on the good gluten free list?!
