  1. Now that I am gluten free should I buy new pans and utensils or can I just wash the old ones?Does it matter if they are metal, glass, stone ware, wood, or silicone? I'm especially nervous about the stone I used to bake bread or rolls in.
  2. Thanks for responding. I'll have to look at other things we ate that day.
  3. We had a holiday meal with baked ham and both my grandson and I reated. The spiral sliced ham came in "natural juices". All of the side dishes were things we"ve eaten in the past without issues. Has any one else had problems with ham. Now that I am reflecting I wonder about other holiday gatherings that I had reactions but chalked it up to cross contamination. I wonder if baked ham was the problem then as well.
  4. I have been gluten free for 2 years and I'm pretty careful so I don't often have many problems. I was traveling this weekend and got glutened. Should I do a clear liquid diet for a few days? Have you found any thing to be helpful in treating post glutening?
