  1. Thanks I've only started eaten gluten free last week. But I do really have a problem how to manage contamination as I live in a country where they don't really recognize gluten free diet yet. When I tested the Igg, IgA, IgE I've been eating losts of gluten and the values were were not high. I don't get sick like others do, I have vage symptoms but my stomache problem has been my whole life already. The foggy brain and concentration started about 2 years ago and my coughing a bit more than 3 years ago. So I feel it got worse during the years. As I'm only one week gluten free , would it be possible to still test it, If I get my bloodtest done next week? I've been feeling much better in just a week and that is just strange. The cough is still there, I may have eaten something contaminated yesterday as I suddenly started coughing yesterday again after a few days. But my energy has gone up, concentration and I do remember stuff easier. So I just want to make sure I don't have celiac and that this is just a Gluten Sensitivity. Either way I want to be on the gluten diet as I noticed a difference already.
  2. Hi, I think I'm gluten sensitive, I've never been specifically tested to see if I have celiac, but I've been tested many times for allergies and they always tell me I do not have any food allergies. I've done a biopsy once a few years ago and I don't know if they checked for celiac but they found I had helicobacter. My symptoms are the same as someone that has gluten allergy, like coughing, foggy brain, can't concentrate, stomache reflux, pain in my joints, muscles cramps, fatigue etc. But all my blood was always ok, I even have did a test on IgA, IgM and Igg in september last year ant they were ok. I've read that the Igg is what they check to see if you have celiac. Do you know what kind of test I have to do to find out if I have celiac? I was diagnosed gluten sensetive by a alternative doctor, so if I have to tell the truth, I don't really believe in them, but when I read the symptoms I do have a lot of those.
