    Celiac Symptoms Confusion

    One thing I would advise is to make sure your meat is (grass fed animals) If they are grain fed it will have gluten in the meat! I would advise to get more blood work done!   3. I think you will start to feel better with a Celiac Diet! I also had dizziness (head just not feeling right) symptoms! I felt something simlar! I would also get extra blood work done! I had low iron levels, related to the celiac! The lack for iron or even somthing low or off balance can cause those symptoms!!! Read my blog...
  4. Stress can cause a lot of different things, especially stomach issues! I take Magnesium Calm every night before bed!! It helps to stay regular and helps with stress!! Even good for children! There is a lot of different relaxing teas to drink too! Go to your local health store! Get a nice relaxing message!!

    David2055, Gluten really can mess up a lot of things throughout your body! I would visit your local vitimin, health store (whole foods or maybe vitimin cottege) talk to a nutrionist!
