  1. I get nausated from eggs if they aren't poached and hard and I really pass a lot of foul spelling gas...
  2. Interesting as I was checking here to see if anyone else has had a reaction to corn flour... I had bought Zatarain's seasoned fish-fri while vacationing in Florida.. I used it on lean pork chops baking them in the oven, plus we had freezer corn and fried potatoes... I knew I was in trouble instantly starting with stomach cramps and diarrhea... This really irked me... We had company and here I am sitting on the toilet... I was in misery as it was because, I had made a homemade apple pie and chocolate chip cookies
  3. Made Hubby smoked pork chops, sweet potato, and fresh green beans... I still am wheeling from pizza I made yesturday and can't begin to eat anything...
  4. Thank You! I'll have to check these out!
  5. Newly Diagnosed

I wish you well in discovering foods that you can eat...
  6. I feel so sorry for you and hope that they can get to the bottom of your problem... Good luck!
  7. I haven't had pizza in a coons age... I found this mix and was so excited! It was very sticky to spread out but with a lot of patients and olive oil I had finally succeeded.. I prebaked it topping it with some seasoning... I than put green, yellow, red peppers, onions pepperoni, hunts tomato sauce and Mozzarella cheese... It was so good but hubby didn't like it... He said the crust was more like corn mill, gritty and salty... After I ate 3 small pieces I started getting severe pains in the pit my stomach... I feel really nausated, with loss of appetite... I had my gallbladder removed last November at the time a large hiatal hernia was found, that may be what my discomfort is from... It's been 24 hours and I still feel the same... So

ITA this is really a good post! I wake up all sweaty and froze to the bone... My bottom sheet, hair and pillow are wet...
  11. Reese's Cups Minis

If I read that there's a possible chance of contamination I usually pass on it...
  12. Hunger Pangs

Before I started the gluten free diet I craved sweets all the time and I have diabetes type 2... I don't crave the candy and cookies anymore, but I have a weak spot for IrisHeart's flourless chocolate cake...
  13. Peanut Butter

I get heartburn once in a while after eating peanut butter... I eat it with apples or my gluten-free pretzels...
