  1. I've been working out wnweightsn3!dfays a week and cardio 2 for 5 months. Was officially dx w celiac a month ago so have been more strict andd consistent w my gluten avoidance. Haven't lost a single pound in 5 months until just last week, finally down 4. Ant suggestions would be helpful.
