  1. I've been reading a lot about gluten-free since I'm a newly diagnosed Celiac & I've read that "modified corn starch" & "other natural ingredients" could contain gluten.
  2. I was just diagnosed with Celiac in July so eating out is really challenging. Today we went to O'Charleys & I had a great gluten-free experience! I had the grilled salmon with asparagus (no sauce - I added salt, pepper & fresh lemon wedge juice at the table to be as careful as possible) and it was delicious! Our waiter was understanding & polite. Best of all I am not experiencing any unpleasant symptoms after eating!
