  1.   The attiude has to go ofc but its hard not to emphasis when were both the same age  and i remember how bad it all was and then the doctor asking me was it all in my head lol that was a grit your teeth moment and last time i seen him of course.
  2.   Well if you do this right and i mean actually work hard to stick to certain foods and find the answer then i shall like to help, i understand the frustration when you have to deal with this shit everday. No more attitude though or im out and i imagine all will be. Let us know how your getting on later in the week
  3.   If it says may then dont have it like!! Your just going to continue down this road forever like. I know you did not say wheat, i meant nut soy wheat oats gluten barely or whatever just dont have it. Were the same age mate so ive basically been where you are but really your attitude doesnt help like. So good luck to you i wouldnt wish anyone to be sick but your not helping yourself at all.
  4. I cant believe your eating cereal that may contain nuts soy wheat what ever that needs to be removed. I used to drink 4-5 nights a week among other things and now i dont do any of that if i go out on a social occasion i have water. Your body is telling you it cant be treated the same way and you still have to live life but shit must change, be resilient and very stubborn with your self.   With the weed like whatever you think its doing you good but doctors are SO much more likly to take your symptoms less seriously why would they when you have all shit in your system. Harsh but fair i think.
  5. Yes do it, pick just a couple of items and eat them for a whole week nothing else, if one of the items causes pain drop it straight away and replace it. Mnn some of your symptoms i havnt experience with but a good few i dont.   Neck pain i dont understand, eye burn can be from acid reflux drying thier eyes and other glands. I still get this. Shortness of breathe sounds like the doctor should be really focusing on you.   All digestion issues i think most people get sounds like your  body has had it so much now evrerything piece of food is hurting though every peice of food is not causing the problem. What has the doctor said to you? These sound like way 2 many to be ingored
  6. I dont think your being extreme enough i literally would eat like rice for a whole week if it didnt make me sick and then see how i feel, if your fine then add one thing and go on, all this arrangement of food youve tried and droped could be endless. I dont even know your symptoms do u mind listing them quick?
  7. Rapid Weight Loss

Alright mate, weve really similar stats and i also train 3x a week. i KNOW exactly how you feel takes me like 8 weeks to put 6lbs and thats a good 8 weeks then i get sick and just drop 5lbs. Inbox me if you need any help with gluten free supplements lik protein, creatiine etc. Also il put my diet below you should scrap the gluten free food for now and eat only the cleanest caveman food as you put it, From your pic you look good shape already which is good cause i work extra hard now to put on muscle and weight. I know losing that hard earn weight is the worst but alot is water weight and cutting time is easy     Meal 1   5 egg whites, gluten free oats, peanut butter   Meal 2   200g brown rice 120g salmon   Meal 3   200g brown rice 150g chicken fillet   Meal 4   Protein shake gluten free ofc   Meal 5   150g chicken fillet   Extras   Almonds, 1 apple, gallons of water   If you get reactions of this the problem isnt food
  8.   WIerd isnt it but your body is telling you it doesnt want it so just listen to it. I would for sure be eating some whole eggs if they didnt cause a reaction but not now as im cutting   Mnn maybe when your immnune system gets back to normal you could retry some things like peanut butter at very small quanitys of course. I know its not cool i was very ill for 18 months before i solved the situation myself after seeing lots of doctors every couple weeks, they really dont look close enough at allergy and auto immune dieases.   You may have already stated this but are you ensuring no cross-contamation? I have all my own plates pans cups etc and my flatmate would never even move any of my stuff, i use like 20 sponges a week soon as it touchs a counter its binned they def seems crazy to others but it keeps you healthy and this is easily my healthiest ever.
  9.   Do you just have have the egg white because those egg yolks were killing me. You have alot of the gluten free stuff dont lots of people have disagreements with that. I would recommend eating anything the cave men could eat as a rule for awhile, literally fruit veg, grains, potatos.   Reacted to chicken? Was it just plain chicken fillets no added anything. I reacted badly to a salmon i was having once and it was cause the factory made a sauce with it, crazy these small things
  10. Thx all i think its came down to my stubborness it has helped alot, eating the same food everyday and going through 20 sponges a week seems mad to others but its what we must do. I think my sentivity is still high but much better than it was, going on holiday next week could be a real challenge but bringing lots of food to cook.   Thx Diana hope your well
  11.   Thx Orange, visual snow? Are you a newly diagnosi Celiac aswell
  12. I dont know your diet because you didnt post it but just start fresh like enough of all these crazy reactions, i havnt read all that you cant have but this is my daily food every single day and its boring but i dont get sick and i can build from it and the gym:   Meal 1   5 egg whites, gluten free oats, peanut butter   Meal 2   200g brown rice 120g salmon   Meal 3   200g brown rice 150g chicken fillet   Meal 4   Protein shake gluten free ofc   Meal 5   150g chicken fillet   Extras   Almonds, 1 apple, gallons of water   If you get reactions of this the problem isnt food
  13.   Wow tats alot, il leave it to more qualifed members to answer that, i will just say i had low white blood cells aswell and iron which urs seems fine
  14.   It was awhile ago now but i just had that feeling that it wasnt agrreing with my body and then i was like it cant be this but it continued so i stopped, it was a similar feeling i get with all diary which is like a blocked stuffy feeling on my inside like stuff isnt operating properly. It did not cause cramps are that pain we get on our left sides that only comes from direct gluten for me. Not long after i tend to think that mild reactions happen quicker for me anyway, about 30 mins to 3 hours usally is my reaction time. If i have been proper done in though it might be a day or 2 then i know im f#%$£.   If you want to take the time to list your daily diet i could have a look and others seem willing to help, i eat the same food every day same time etc but thats largly because of my gym routine/diet. I think this is the best way to be your healthiest find food that works and stick with it.
  15. I just made a thread to thank all members who have given me advice and i especially appriecate all the feedback for this thread helped narrow down that long process. Thx
