  1. I've been gluten-free for about two weeks. How long did it take for your cramps to quit? I do not have them all day like I used to. I still get them but not as bad and not for a long period of time. I'm sure everyone is different but ugh! I feel icky now. Sus
  2. Are there any safe condiments? Ketchup, mustard, mayo? what about hot dogs? I'm still trying to figure these things out. Thanks for helping. Where any of you overwhelmed at first?   3. Several people have talked about liquid vitamins. Where do you get these and what are some name brands so I know what to ask for. Also, does anyone take fish oil? I've read that it is good for several reasons but the pills are too huge for me to swallow. Also, I'm new and have found an abundent amount of great info and ideas here.     I'm new here and need ideas for lunch at work. Quick, throw in the lunch box food. I'm having a hard time knowing what to eat as it is. Anyone know of foods on the grocery store shelf that take little or not time to prepare that are gluten-free? Thanks! Sus
  5. Hi, This is my fifth day gluten-free. Starting to feel better. I need help with reading ingredient lables. Besides the obvious-wheat, barley, rye, oats. What other ingredients must I be looking for that I must avoid? I've been reading around here and have gotten a lot of valuable info. Thanks! Susan
