  1. Kroger Ground Pork

    Thanks, Adalaide.  In case you or anyone else is wondering, here is the response I got back from Kroger:   Thank you for contacting Customer Connect. My name is Chris and I received your email regarding our Reduced Fat Ground Pork. While this product has no gluten containing ingredients, we cannot guarantee any food to be truly 'gluten free' as we do not have dedicated manufacturing facilities or product lines for gluten free foods. These facilities are thoroughly cleaned, however, between the production of differing products. We do have a wide array of products that are made with no gluten containing ingredients.  The pork is injected with 12% Sodium Phosphate solution that acts as a moisturizer and dissipates to less than 2% when cooked. It is added in order to enhance the meat’s texture and flavor. I hope that you find this information helpful.   2. Does anyone know if the Kroger brand of reduced fat ground pork is gluten free?  The package says it's enhanced with a "natural solution" but doesn't list those ingredients. I've contacted Kroger but haven't heard back yet and was hoping to use the package tonight.
  3. I am new to gluten free and am looking to check the ingredients of my cosmetics and personal care products. I found this list online for $20,, but I'm suspicious as there is no phone number or address for this company. Anyone familiar with this? Is it legit? Or is there a better way to get this information?
