  1. Is it important to use gluten free face cream? With that said does anything in this list scream gluten to you? I can't make heads or tails of this stuff yet.   2. I am feeling overwhelmed. I just found out we have to worry about our nail polish or even artificial nails too??? I guess new things are going to keep popping up as gluten is in everything. Who else feels a little paranoid even though I am trying my best.
