Duofilia added a topic in Gluten-Free Recipes - Baking & Cooking TipsSubstitution For Potato StarchMy nephew is not only gluten-intolerant but is allergic to nightshade vegetables which includes potatoes. Lots of baking recipes have potato starch as a major ingredient, and I understand it makes baked goods more moist than rice flour. Is there something I can use to substitute for the potato starch that will produce a similar product?
