  1. Thanks for the list wow. ,I am new and have a high sensitivity to gluten foods with horrible after effects. I still walking on eggshells with food and getting adjusted to my gluten free lifestyle I also have peanut allergies and lactose intolerent .i stay away from salads and high fiber foods. I still have the BLOAT effect. even though I have eliminated those items ah and so far lost 20 lbs just trying to figure it all out. I am glad to know i am not alone! Thanks for the support. is it safe to take an iron pil..Im still exhausted at the end of my days: Thank God for each of you! Richmond Va
  2. Hello to all. I am new to this forum and to celiac disease. I have not been diagnosed ,but been tested for everything under the sun. I have been having issues for years with my gut stomach..etc. First it was IBS, gasteroperisis and my biggest symtoms was the severe nausea, bloating, some vomitting amd stomach spasms.Now I am lactose intolerant. Just discovered peanuts really do a bad number on me and coffee (favorite) chocolate, breads and some medications all cause nausea oh and vitamins. My life have been upside down until i came to this site. I believe that this is it. my GI doc never mentioned this possibiliy..however my primary care did so i started watching my foods closely she has reassigned me to another gi for testing. After several hospital stays, job loss,depression etc... I am ready to take my life back! Glad to know im not alone, Looking forward to my gluten free peanut free dairy free lifestyles! Relieved and hopeful!:
