Well I did my research tried the most recommended in tis forum (i.e. Vega, Raw and Trader Joe's Hemp) all messed me up. I'm only a month into my gluten-free diet and diagnosed with IBS not Celiacs( endo biopsy negative) , but when I dont accidentally glutten myself I feel normal again. Thus i may have low tolerance for hemp or other grains/ seeds that I haven't quite pin pointed yet in addition to gluten. I want to gain weight lost, my resolution is: lots of eggs, greek yogurt, MEAT, and 4 protein filed big meals a day with hummus and avocado sanckings in between. Of corse with a weight lifting program when not gluttened will let you know how it goes. Im shooting for at least 20lb. Any tips appreciated.
