  1. Thanks for the advice bartfull. I have tried that. Been on the paleo autoimmune protocol for 10 months now. Strict. Eating out less than ten times. Only whole foods. Live alone. There is no way I'm getting cc except maybe from toothpaste, Colgate, or body wash, axe. There's a a chronic inflammation in my stomach that seems to go down temporarily only when I: 1. Fast for 24 h Or 2. Drink a bucketload of anti inflammatory liquid like homemade ginger or turmeric tea. Fish soup from small fat fish helped too but then my stomach seemed to decide I was intolerant to that too hehe But I'm getting better slowly so hope is there for sure. I was a mess ten months ago.. I've read soo much. And it's just an overload. Igg, ige, igff, intolerant, allergic, test works, test is bullshit, false positive, positive false..
  2. What.. Everyone was talking so good about them last year including Robb wolf. And now everyone seems to say its shit. Ok, for someone that seems to be feeling crushed by everything they eat and can't find any patterns with an elimination diet - what tests do you recommend?

  4. Hm.. Could be a sugar problem. But I don't understand in what way if so. I can can eat a full plate of parsnip chips and feel nothing. If I eat 1/20 of a plate of cassava/yam chips the reaction starts. Do I have a problem with some type of sugars that are found in cassava etc but not parsnips/carrots etc? And what would they be, complex carbs or something like that?
  5. My glucose levels have been tested ok. And I don't get the response to fruits and parsnips. They should have a lot of sugar.
  6. Why do I get so extremely thirsty after eating cassava, yams, plaintans but not parsnips, carrots or bananas? It starts like 20 minutes after. I also need to urinate heavily. And I feel my muscles get filled with water and my body gets harder. It also effects my energy both up and in a strange way fatigue at the same time. I'm very gluten intolerant and I'm thinking maybe cross reactivity or something. The effect is noticeable when the only carbs that I've have been eating has been parsnips etc for a longer time. Thoughts? Sweet potatoes do btw don't give an effect either. So what does sweet potatoes, parsnips, carrots, all fruits have in common but not cassava, yams and plaintans?
  7. In case someone googles and find this thread, i should that going low carb seemed to help a lot. Around 50g/day. Diet consist of meat, fish, bananas, carrots, olive oil. Everything else is cut out at the moment. A lot of fat is needed. So rib eye steaks, bacon and salmon are good choices.
  8. Feels like im just brain picking the members here without giving back. Hard when u only been gluten free for 4 weeks and dont know anything. But I can recommend for all u people trying to figure whats wrong with u when the forum members are tired of your endless questions At this site u can type in any symptom, get a list of diseases related to that symptom, possible causes and treatments. Everything is created by users. Free to use and very popular.
  9. Bit paranoid after just 4 weeks gluten free.. Can someone please have glance at the ingredient list of these two products and tell me if they see any gluten? Seems like anything can contain gluten after reading up on hidden sources.. 7-keto probiotics
  10. Sorry to hear its taking time. Some symptoms must have improved i guess? Hmm.. really..? Does anxiety increase after going gluten free? I heard you can get more sensitive (true in my case) and have stronger reactions. But i havent been glutened. Feels like 3 weeks is a long reaction. Weird, i was tested a bit high in cholesterol while on gluten. No im self diognosed. Had so many symptoms go away when going gluten free that im 110% sure. But still not sure if i have celiac or gluten intolerance + leaky gut. Anyway, gluten is the main bad guy. Some things fixed in these 3 weeks: no ridges or white spots on finger nails, hair improved, brain fog gone, drowsiness gone, fatigue decreased, arm pit sweat gone, etc etc. good luck cavernio and thanks again for your reply
  11. Thanks for your answer Had no idea about possible gluten in chicken. Guess that doesnt apply if you buy chicken from the butchers department in a supermarket? No, i stopped with coffee as well. Pretty much just eating beef, chicken, fish, beef liver, bananas, olive oil and sweet potatoes now. No nightshades, legumes, dairy, corn, soy etc. Just the above mentioned foods. Had garlic and onions and felt a bit anxious in the evening. Could be a coincidence. But i figured i dont care, i dont wanna take a chance now. Just want to be normal before starting to reintroducing foods (never gluten). Bought some really expensive premium probiotics. Seemed to be the best on the market after some googling, But I had bad reaction to those in the evening. Almost like i was glutened. Same rapid thoughts as the night i had the pizza. But i did feel very energized during the day. Tried biokults probiotics before the above. Was fine on those. Didnt feel anything at all.
