  1. I didn't realize there was a difference. Thank you for posting this.
  2. Me too! At four months gluten-free I had to cut out dairy. I kept trying to eat dairy with very poor results. But finally at one year I reintroduced cheese. I have been able to eat cheese since June. I 've been too scared to try any other dairy. Yep, try going dairy free for awhile. You may feel much better. I sure did.
  3. I think I have only had one since going gluten-free. I used to get those all the time.
  4. Man, I just got glutened Thursday night for the first time since being gluten-free and I was so sick yesterday. Now th brain fog and stomach pains are bad. The worst part is I have to study for my final exams.
  5. Yes, the problem is a contamination issue too. There can be other wheat seeds in there. I personally would stay away from wheatgrass.
  6. Remember I am in Canada so they may be completely different mayos. They are made in different plants. So yours might be okay. My Hellmann's up here is not soy free.
  7. I take Webber Naturals and Safeway brand calcium & D supplements. They are both gfdf.
  8. I just bought the Hellmann's canola mayo and the ingredients are so different in the Canadian version. Water, canola oil, modified corn starch, liquid yolk, vinegar, sugar, salt, spices (contains soybean oil), xanthan gum, sorbic acid, phosphoric acid, citric acid, concentrated lemon juice, colour, calcium disodium EDTA, and sulphites. After reading that...
  9. Thank you for your inquiry about our Ricola products. Please be advised that all Ricola products are considered as gluten free according to the international Codex Alimentarius Standard. Please do not hesitate to contact me should you require any additional information. Kind regards, Parmiss Aryan Marketing Coordinator Lindt & Sprüngli ...
  10. I used to get them at least twice a year, but then I started taking a daily cranberry supplement. I haven't had one since I started taking those. I think it's been about five years.
  11. On another forum many people have discussed their bowel incontinence. They use adult diapers and a medication called "nullo" which removes the smell of feces. Depending on the severity, maybe Immodium.
  12. The Canadian and the UK Lea & Perrins worchestershire sauces are both unsafe for celiacs, but the US Lea & Perrins uses a different recipe and is safe. Apparently there are two recipes.
  13. LLRD I was diagnosed with IBS too. It took me about four months of being gluten-free before my bm's became normal. Give it some more time and you should have a better idea if glutn is the culprit.
  14. Matilda, I had the exact pattern of stools that you are describing. It was kind of strange actually. I had that transition in the first two months.
  15. I gradually had improved bm's in about three to four months of being gluten-free.
