  1. I use GU chomps and GU gel with no issues. I prefer the chomps vs the gel and they even say gluten free and diary free on the packet. I have not been able to verify if the Peanut Butter GU gel is gluten free as it isn't on the packet and I am too lazy to call. I also use NUUN for hydration especially during the summer months. Being diagnosed and going gluten free has really helped my training as I don't feel so tired all the time (anemia) and my pace has gotten faster.

  3. I recently went to Serendipity Café which is a dedicated gluten-free restaurant and had a great lunch there: http://myserendipitycafe.com/ I believe they do breakfast and dinner as well. I also love Season's 52 and Bonefish Grill.
  4. I was diagnosed with celiac about 1.5 years ago and have been feeling a lot better after about 6-8 months of being gluten-free. I still feel like I have times where I am not 100%. I've had blood work done twice over the past 2 months and both times my white blood cells were low. My doctor said I could go to a hematologist if I wanted but since I am not really having any "problems" it isn't something that she would worry about since it's low but not really low (i.e 3.6 when the normal range is 4-10). Has anyone else experienced this with celiac? Is this normal? I haven't discussed this with my gastro doctor.
