Being very newly diagnosed, this gluten issue is overwhelming. I had read an article that stated that CC contained a deriviative of gluten and should be avoided. So Icontacted Country Crock to see if their spread was gluten free and I was told that they do not publish information such as that. They suggested that if I have questions as to whether or not...
