  1. Hi All, So looks like I have celiac disease, just got the anti-body test results recently. Still have the biopsy to go, but I 'feel' that celiac disease is whats wrong with me. Anyways, just wanted to say hi. In some ways I releived to have found something to point to, in some ways I'm just mad that it took 25 yrs of my life to figure out ... I also had a quick question ... has any one heard of sesame seeds helping with celiac disease? I've been eating some mediterranean food recently, and have felt much better ... I think I've id'd tahini sauce (made from sesame seeds) as the saviour ... I've always felt some issues with a wierd, hard to define deficiency with my thinking ability (I have had periods of poor balance etc), and eating the mediterranean food has helped out ... the sesame seeds are rich in B vitamins, which I believe help the nerves/brain ... I dont know, frankly I dont have much faith in doctors helping me out .... would appreciate any input ... Ozz
