  1. Ihop Breakfast

I saw online that they have simple and fit vegetable omelette with a side of mixed fruit. It says it doesn't contain gluten or wheat. I want to try it but i want to know if anyone tried it. I don't think im cross-contaminate sensitive because my mother has made me gluten free food on the same griddle she use gluten containing food, and i didnt react. I think at first i was reacting because i had a lot of food sensitives. But now im better.
  2. Lmao no i meant milk, beans not milk beans
  3. I kno how u felt. My husband didnt quite understand wat celiac was, and i explained it to him, and now he doesnt even eat gluten food in front of me, just to not give me temptations. I had self diagnosed myself at first, and everyone thought i was just inventing this disease, they thought i was loosing weight because i wasnt eating bread and stuff like them. they was just depressing me more. But then as i continued the gluten free diet, they actualy understood that i wasnt making it up( and plus i got the test results later). But my friends, well at least the ones i thought were my friends , didnt even bother to see if i was okay or something. Im just happy i have a great famiy who undertands and always make gluten free food when i come over. Friends come and go, family are their to stay.
  4. Pollo Tropical

But i think its only available in florida. But im not sure
  5. Pollo Tropical

Couple weeks ago i had pollo tropical which was regular grilled chicken with white rice and beans with fried yuca, and no reactions. I went on their website before i actually went there, and they have a list of things that are gluten free.
  6. What Do U Guys Think?

My symptoms was extreme fatigue and bloating, that i just had to take a nap. But im them type on celiacs that get constipated when glutened. And idont think fiber is my problem.
  7. What Do U Guys Think?

At first i thought it was the diary, but today i ate cereals with milk, and i had no reaction. Idk wat it could be, maybe my intestines are not yet capable to digest processed foods. The brand of icecream i had was PET icecream. Well all i know is that i wont try that ice cream anymore.. Ive checked on the internet that some breyers icecream are gluten free. So next time ill just get those.
  8. What's For Breakfast Today?

Made corn grits with scrambled eggs. Corn grits taste the same as regular grits, i like to add a lil milk to give a creamier taste.
  9. And to clean it becuase some food sometimes gets stuck. I just wash with soap and water and dry the pan right away with a napkin. Then recoat it with oil again
  10. I love mine as well. I love to make chicken with thigh and drumstick, i first fry it on both sides till skin is crispy, then bake it for like 2 hours on low temp. Tastes good, crispy skin and moist inside.
  11. Okay so i researched mono and dyclycerides and polysorbate 80, and its was on the gluten safe list. It was said that it normally coms from corn and other gluten safe products, but i ate icecream today and reacted to it, idk if i reacted because it contains dairy or if it actually do have gluten. Then i came across to this website that those ingredients do contain gluten, so im kinda confused. Heres the link
  12. Yes its only a matter of time till we can eat just gluten free with no problems,
  13. Do u kno if u have leaky gut, because leaky gut can somtimes cause other food sensitivies, and wont go away till you are healed.
  14. When i first started probiotics i was bloating, gassy and i was about to quit taking them because i thought they were harming me. But as i continued taking them, the gassiness went away. I didnt get hives or nothing though
  15. Probiotics

When i first started taking probiotics, i had this rumbling sound in my stomach, and i was bloated with gas, but that was because had candida, and my intestines was unbalanced with little good bacteria and more bad bacteria. And now im better. I dont even have that mucus in my throat any more, and im not gassy anymore. I just make sure i take my probiocs every day, and at night i take antifungals. Hope this helps.
