  1. I have been gluten free for 3 months now, after realizing I have been celiac for over a decade.. I am now the textbook definition of a super sensitive celiac. I had no stomach symptoms when I was eating gluten, however, I had several other symptoms. Itching and inability to drink whiskey were the 2 things that led me to my answer, as apparently dr.s dont ever seem to get it. Now I have a more sensitive stomach than ever. I believe it is healing..and actually digesting food. Anytime I have even the slightest cross contamination, I vomit now. Boooooo.Usually just once with food. If I drink out of a glass that previously had whisky in it or something I didnt realize had grain alcohol in it, was fermented with wheat, etc..I throw up for 4=6 hours like food poisoning. Clockwork. This is what led me to becoming gluten free and figuring out what the hell was Wrong with me. I am going to be 30 next month. Hopefully I wont sleep through my party! If you are in portland oregon, holler and lets have gluten-free meals! Grass fed animals, as that is all I can eat anymore I could use some new styles of food!
