I saw this recipe about an hour ago...dont' know where to get the featherweight flour...hmmm but I know that at Sprouts they have a gluten free flour that is very popular and well made...it is a combination of flours that does the trick. Here is the recipe hope it helps you!! I am doing lots of research on this.... Dry ingredients 3 cups of Featherlight mix 2 1/4 teaspoons of Xanthan Gum 1 1/2 teaspoons of Unflavored gelatin 1 1/2 teaspoons of egg replacer 3/4 teaspoon of Salt 3 tablesoons of Sugar 1/3 cup of dry milk powder or nondairy substitute 2 1/4 teasoons of Dry yeast granules Wet Ingredients 1 Egg plus 2 Egg whites 4 1/2 tablespoons of Margarine or Butter 3/4 teaspoon of dough enhancer or vinegar 3 teaspoons of Honey 1 1/2 cups of Water (p.s. sometimes with these bread recipes I like to add cinnamon and vanilla extract.....but that's just me...I don't want it to taste flat and boring.....) It's a foggy brain syndrome thing. Many people call it "leaky gut" in that certain things that should be barred are actually leaking into your gut. The more I stay away from gluten the stronger my intestines, etc. It gets tough when I am lax and have something like a slice of pizza ugh!! There are products you can take to strengthen them. They are pretty "earthy" tasting - mine is at home right now or I would tell you what it is....and it does totally help!! I will try and log back on later and tell you what it is.
