  1. For me it's not JUST the vomiting, but the severe stomach spasms and cramping, severe diarrhea and dehydration and pain. Everyone is different and has different severity of allergic reactions, but I also have never heard of anaphylactic shock with a celiac reaction.
  2. How can you be sure she's not eating gluten at school? Are you there at lunchtime to monitor her food - or snack - intake? That could very well be the problem. She's old enough to know what she wants and, if one of her friends are eating cookies or other gluten containing items, she may feel left out or deprived because she can't eat the same things. You...

  4. I just saw DeMet's Turtles in the check-out aisle in Giant Supermarket and was wondering if they were gluten free....THEY LOOKED SOOOOO GOOD. Glad to hear that THEY ARE!!!! Will buy some next time I go to the market - THANKS!!!! :-)
