  1. I am a 27 year old male, 120lbs. I have struggled my entire life with stomach problems and as a result, inability to put on weight. After years and years of doctors, specialists, tests, etc, having been diagnosed with various stomach diseases and many times doctors not having a clue what is wrong, I eventually found a naturalist that pointed out the root of my problems have been in my diet. I started cutting out the things that cause issues for my stomach and within about 3 weeks all the symptoms I battled with my whole life completely disappeared. It is now about 6 months later and I have experimented with certain foods - so I now know exactly what I can and can't tolerate. So now that my body has healed, I would like to start working on gaining weight seriously. I am committed and serious about starting weight training as well. My trouble is that my diet restrictions are crazy so I need some advice in terms of (1) what weight gaining supplements I can use safely, and (2) foods that will be good for weight gain. I can't have any of the following: - Wheat, wheat products, and gluten - Dairy (not only because of lactose - I can't tolerate any dairy products, not 100% certain why) - Sugar - Eggs - Fruit (the only fruit I can tolerate is bananas) - Raw vegetables (cooked vegetables are ok) I am fine with any type of meat, and rice has become my best friend. My weight goal is 150lbs. I know it sounds like gaining 30lbs isn't a big deal, but I have weighed 120lbs for the past 10 years, to give you an idea. If you have any suggestions for supplements and foods I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
