  2. Beverage and Knitty Kitty, I agree that is good research. I have been looking for a dietary fiber that agrees with me.... I take Glucommanan from time to time......but I somehow havent taken a liking to it the way I thought I would.... I will definitetly look that up at the Vitamin Shop (to see if they have it)......or my local supplement...

  5. To All, At least you think.....I came up with this on my own.....I didn't I just went out and found the research that confirms my hypothesis. Showing it is a "Working Theory".....that time has forgotten.....IMO who's time has come again.....to discuss and time for it to rediscovered because patient's can't wait another 15 or 20 years for the doctor...

  7. Grossi Et Al, I knew about this.....but didn't think about it at the time. NOT Only can Stress makes Celiac symptom's worse.....IT might even be the trigger for Celiac disease.   8. Blue Sky, No one mentioned taking Niacin or Niacinamide in "Therapuetic Doses"...... For those who haven't had time to read the link they posted it is doses between 2 to 3 gram a day for 2 or 3 years etc... But the use of Niacinamide or Niacin for 3 months (In divided doses IE with Meals is best) has shown marvelous results.....and not just...

  10. Blue Sky, I know your focus is on Zinc.....I looked it up once....how long does Zinc stays in the body.....I want to say about 20 days. You mentioned the other Minerals as well do you know their Half Lifes as well? I would be interested in knowing how long our body can hold Minerals in reserve......I tend to think our mineral reserve was longer...

  19. theOk, Pantroprazole is a powerful acid blocker.....and could be leading to your low Vitamin D....and the need to supplement. When we block our stomach acid it is not uncommon to be low in our Minerals and our Fat Soluble Vitamins like Vitamin D. I also suspect your Seroquil as a potential drug that could be interfering with you Vitamin D...
