  1. I don't have a gallbladder and I have gluten intolerance but I also have severe GERD. You may want to try anti reflux precautions. No chocolate. Elevate headboard. Don't eat late at night. No sodas, spicy or acidic foods. Take reflux meds at night and not in the mornings since reflux tends to be worse at night. I didn't realize this until I started working...
  2. I have experienced this too....mostly it's when I've consumed some form of gluten. WouLd feel like I've been lifting weights or muscle weakness...tired. For me it would go away after a few days.
