  1. That's Schar Rice Crispbread. Not much taste to it but has a nice crunch that complements whatever you put on it.
  2. You don't mention how many calories a day you are eating, how much exercise you are doing or if you are having any snacks. Years ago, I had been working out every day for 1 1/2 hours and was on a 1200-1500 calorie diet but wasn't losing any weight. My trainer had me add a mid morning and mid afternoon snack of a piece of fruit and I started losing weight...
