Hi, I'm very new to all this, my doctor just ordered me on a gluten free diet. I do have Hashimotos that's pretty well controlled at this point. I know gluten free is more than just obvious wheat. Can someone point me in the direction (book, link, whatever), that really takes it down to a beginner level, and what first steps should be taken, etc? Thank you all so much. I know I'll be learning from these boards!
