Sorry to bother you, but I read some of your blogs & I believe I have experienced many of the same symptoms. Have you found any cures?????

  2. Hi, I agree, I hate the taste of bean flour! After searching for almost 3 years for a great chocolate chip cookie recipe, I finally found one Just use Bette H gluten-free featherlight flour mix [i make it up myself] and then follow the tollhouse cookie recipe...they are just as good if not better than Real chocolate chip cookies. Everyone loves them and has no idea they are gluten-free.
  3. I use cornstarch too..used it tonight in my yummy sweet and sour pork
  4. lol...we may have said hello?? I was seated at the end of the long table when you first went in the back room, my hubby was there too. I'm not going to make the August dinner, hopefully the sept one. I live in Mass, so I hope they will do more here.
  5. Thanks everyone for the tips! Gemini..In march I went to dinner at Rancho Chico's with the RI group...the food is always good there.
  6. wow everything sounds so good, thanks for the help...we will be going to the one in Natick ma. I was told on another board to make reservations, is that really needed for a late lunch? also that to avoid problems with the gluten-free food to call ahead, then ask for the manager when I get there? I just wanted to go have a nice safe meal..ask for the gluten-free menu and order.
  7. Hi everyone, My hubby wants to take me to PF Changs...I was looking at the gluten-free menu and have no idea what I would order, I can't eat spicy foods..If you've been there, what's good? Thanks!
  8. Thanks so much for getting me the recipe Sweetfudge, I looked on that site and couldn't find it..the recipe sounds too good lol what brand of pudding mix do you use?
  9. Hi, just thought I'd share with those who haven't tried it yet, I made the Bobs RM pizza last night, it was awesome, the best I've has so far, I was surprised because I'm not a fan of the products. the price was great [ I bought it at Ocean state job lot for those in Mass ] easy and it made a very large pizza..plenty for 3 ppl.
  10. thanks for the help ladies!! I think the recipe I'm looking for is the one Sweetfudge uses, I saw it on your great blog, but could not find the recipe...looks so yummy...thanks for sharing the recipe!!
  11. Hi, does anyone have a recipe for gluten-free choc. eclair cake? thanks!
  12. Land O Lakes has some nice gluten-free recipes, the marble cake is yummy. My favorite gluten-free dessert is choc chip cookies, just use the tollhouse recipe and replace the flour with Bette H featherlight flour mix..to die for lol
