  2. Most of what is discussed seems to tie the issue back to intangible / impossible to verify issues. The simple fact is that coffee sets off the a-glaidin response the same way gluten does, but to a lesser extent. So for someone with Celiac, and therefore a severe a-gliadin response, coffee will give you all the same symptoms. Here is a full list of things...
