  1. Thanks for all the suggestions! I am using almond or cashew milk for now since low fodmap doesn't allow dairy. Its just the fruit and veggies part that can be tricky. I used to have protein shakes quite a bit but my usual protein powder I'd use doesn't have fodmap approved ingredients. I probably need to take some time this weekend and really shop specifically...
  2. ME! They all decided to have a party in my body! Woohoo! Anyone else in the same boat? I'm going to be asking for a referral for a nutritionist soon because I'm really feeling defeated by struggling with what I can actually eat. My GI dr has me on low FODMAP, plus of course gluten-free, and now with the gastroparesis(GP), its smaller meals throughout...
  3. I'm still new to the board too and even though my blood test and symptoms are suggestive of Celiac I am still waiting on my appt with GI. For my symptoms however, the only time I got diarrhea was after I did a gluten-free diet for 3 weeks to see if it would make me feel better, then going back on gluten. I had horrible diarrhea for the first week back...
