Thanks guys! Just needed to know that the light I can see is the end of the tunnel and not an oncoming train!
  2. Hi all, Having been vegan (and poor) for many years I developed an intolerance for wheat. I gave up entirely three weeks back and my skin is clearing, higher energy levels, clarity of thought etc...BUT every morning I wake up with the feeling that I have been kicked in the head and beaten black and blue. It amounts to a two hour hangover every day. I eat well-no processed food, no dairy, no additives-and my daily diet includes foods which cover all I need nutritionally. I just wanted to know if anyone else has gone through these symptoms and if so how long did they last? Thanks in advance.
