But, I really like cereal and it is something good to eat, so I have only a bit of organic milk with it. Do you think this little bit of milk, even organic, could still be affecting me? Does anyone here use organic milk...or should I just eliminate dairy altogether?? Any thoughts? Does the organic milk make a significant difference?

This version is more potato-based, rather than rice as the previous version was, and other ingredients have changed as well. It's not nearly as tasty, and the remainder of the box will not see any use in my waffle maker again. Also, feel free to recommend a good multi-vitamin as well (free of gluten, dairy, soy, yeast, corn, etc.) I'm having a hard time deciding on the best one for a good price.
