Hi - my 7 year old son and I both have type 1 diabetes as well! Except it's my son who has celiac. I have Hashimoto's and my son has Grave's. I found your profile by accident when I was searching for info on carb-counting gluten free bread. I am finding it pretty difficult. My son and I are both on a pump and use a scale for weighing our food.

Lisa, Thanks for posting an answer to my question in the forum.
I see you like swing dancing. We learned a little of West Coast, but not a lot. We used to go ballroom dancing once a month. I loved it!
Have a great day.

Thank you SO much for all your recipes. I am having an endoscopy and colonoscopy next week. I am going to throw away all my old gluten recipes and try the ones you have created.
