Hey Mushroom! Hoping you and I will get to connect quite a bit through this forum, as I'm suspecting I have lectin problems and this forum is ALL I HAVE when it comes to people who can help me. For the record, I have celiac disease with bad GI problems and gluten ataxia, plus other stuff. Thanks for your positive posts here! I look forward to knowing you better!!
