I read your post about your son not sleeping very wel since going gluten free. I can so relate. I find I sleep a bit better If I don't nap, if I can get past 4P.M. I can last until bed. I get home from school at 2:30 so I have to fight to not sleep, then at 4 I am ok til around 9. Still not sleeping well, but much better then when I nap! Just a little tip I have found.
