Community Status Updates

You replied to my newbie post on my frustrations with trying to find a decent gluten-free bread, and you said you make your own. Do you have a favorite recipe you can share with me? I've made homemade bread for decades and enjoy making it, but from the few gluten-free recipes I've seen this is a whole new way of making bread! Mixes of flours, xanthan gum, etc.--I'm clueless!
