Community Status Updates

I use Custom Probiotics Adult CP1 formula, because those capsules contain 50 billion live cells (good bacteria) per capsule. That's higher than most I've seen. I took 2 daily for 6 months after a history of 8 different gut bugs (including C-diff). I haven't had any new gut bugs since my last treatment and taking those probiotics.
