Culturelle is one of the more popular and well-researched brands, and is gluten-free.

I take Kirkland at the moment - but usually buy whatever is cheapest ! Of course, I make sure it is gluten free and has a mix of bacteria.

I have changed mine up from time to time to get a broad spectrum on board (I had no detectable "good guys" upon diagnosis, so I figure it can't hurt. )
I have used these--all gluten-free:
Custom Probiotics
Culturelle (even my GI doc recommends that one to patients)
Allergen-Free Jarro-Dophilus AF
"Life is not the way it's supposed to be. It's the way it is. The way we cope with it makes the difference." Virginia Satir
"It isn't for the moment you are struck that you need courage, but for the long uphill climb back to sanity, faith and security." Anne Morrow Lindbergh
"Kindness in words creates confidence. Kindness in thinking creates profoundness. Kindness in giving creates love."
Lao Tzu
"The strongest of all warriors are these two - time and patience." Leo Tolstoy
Misdiagnosed for 25+ years; finally DXed on 11/01/10. I figured it out myself. Double DQ2 genes. This thing tried to kill me. I view Celiac as a fire breathing dragon --and I have run my sword right through his throat.

I'm currently using MegaFlora Plus by MegaFood. It's certified gluten free with 14 strains of good stuff @ 50 billion CFU.
Also dairy free, soy free, non GMO, tested free of pesticides and herbicides and vegetarian.

Even Stop & Shop has culturelle. It's an easy-to-find brand. =)
