It depends if you mean totally better, or a noticeable improvement. Generally you will notice some improvement within two or three weeks (some sooner), but it is recommended that you wait for three months before deciding that the gluten free diet alone isn't working. Often you will have to eliminate some other foods for a while, sometimes permanently. As for totally healed, it varies with each individual, from months to years.

thanks i know it will take time for me to heal and being on this gluten free diet.
