I always ask them to put on clean gloves to fix my potato and chili. No one has ever minded and I've never had a problem later.

I ordered a loaded baked potato and chilli and 15 minutes later i was in the bathroom
i know these items are gluten free i'm trying to figure out why i had this problem
I just don't trust Fast food at all. I think there is more of a chance of cross contamination.
After many years of suffering from Late Stage Lyme Disease I became Gluten intolerant and I'm extremely sensitive. I also have to avoid chemicals.
