I want to know what is the best option being on a gluten free diet

Either, doesn't matter really as long as all the ingredients are gluten free.
I'd bake though cause grease and i don't get along very well.

If the fryer has been used for gluten items it is never safe to fry. In that case baking is always the safer option. If you have your own fryer though that is 100% gluten free, you can safely fry as much as you want without any ill effects as far as gluten goes. As for your pants fitting? That is entirely another story.

I make them all the time and always roast. Just as fabulous as frying!
