Hi,

I have been gluten-free since 5/21/2012.  I have suffered insomnia since my teenage years.  After being gluten-free for a couple of months I started to sleep better, but for the last two months I am back to only sleepin 4-5 hours a night.  I also have a lack of energy and weakness.  The other day I tried to change the setting on my shower and was not able to twist the shower head like I had been able to before.  Anyone else with these problems?

Thanks

Have you been glutened recently? I was glutened twice in the last month, and even though most of the symptoms have gone away some still linger. Anxiety is still present, although mild, and I can't sleep more than a few hours at a time. It's gradually getting better though.

The brain & neurological related symptoms always last longer than the other physical symptoms for me, and many others.
