I live in a small south east town, so we are way down the pecking order for available new gluten free products and they may have been out for some time....BUT, Against the Grain Sesame Bagles are the best gluten free find this year.

I toast them with some butter and some garlic salt... they are crispy and chewy.  And great with a spaghetti dinner.  Obviously, I highly recommend them. :D

Love the tapioca based baguette and roll/ bun! Sounds like they would make a good sandwich!

The 'bagels' are just the same recipe as the baguette and the roll, just with a hole in the

middle. Prices around here, you wind up getting more product for your dollar if you buy

the 'bagels'. Those products are pretty much food crack. :D  They make spot-on garlic

bread.

Udi's recently came out with a new bagel called Mighty Bagel.  I thought it was really good.  Of course the texture not quite the same as the gltuen counterpart but taste was really good.  It contains 8 grams protein and  3 grams of fiber too.
