St. Patty's Day is approaching -- I'm going to brine my own this year and curious --- we used to always cook it in the crockpot soaked in beer -- anyone have a preference on which gluten-free beer I should use???

Thanks :)

J says go with New Planet or Green's. You can brine and sip some at the same time. :D
