Sonic Drive In...ice Cream?

OKAY...seasoned Celiac professionals...I am REALLY craving some ice cream right now!  I am wondering if the Butterfinger Blast from Sonic is "safe"!  Any bad experiences with ice cream there???

No personal experience with Sonic, but ice cream does not contain hidden gluten. Ice creams that have gluten will be easy to spot from their names, such a cookie dough.

Thanks!  I guess I just worried about Cross Contamination...I'm new to the diagnosis...and well, everything scares me!! We shall see how it goes!

Does sonic have good cleaning practices and whatnot? I have no idea. I do know, however, people on here rave about the chocolate frosties at wendy's...

Bryers will CLEARLY list all forms of gluten on their ingredient listing.  Most are gluten free, with the exception of cookies and cream, pretzels and other obvious ingredients.

      Trying to read my lab results

      Hi Scott, yes I have had symptoms for years and this is the second GI I have seen and he could not believe I have never been tested. He called later today and I am scheduled for an endoscopy. Is there a way to tell how severe my potential celiac is from the results above? What are the chances I will have the biopsy and come back negative and we have to keep...

      Constant low back, abdominal and pelvic pain!

      I agree christina, there is definitely many contributing factors! I have the pain today, my pelvis, hips and thighs ache! No idea why. But i have been sitting at work for 3 days so im thinking its my back. This disease is very mysterious (and frustrating) but not always to blame for every pain.

      Perhaps I should also have said that in addition to showing a very high response to gluten, her stool study showed that she had extreme reactions to everything achievement on it long course of microbials to treat that.
