Bad Reaction To Soy Bran Crackers

anyone else experienced this sticking to strict gluten free diet but crackers made me feel very ill toilet nausea ect thanks joe

What's the brand name of the crackers Joe?  Have you checked their website to see what the ingredients are and if they have any info on the gluten-free status?

My current bad list is: gluten, dairy, sulfites, coffee (the devil's brew), tea, Bug's Bunnies carrots, garbanzo beans of pain, soy- no joy, terrible turnips, tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, and hard work. have a good day! :-) Paul
