Is not the same thing as udis :(. After all that work making gluten free meals, I was eating wheat bread!

Not to sure I understand...Rudi's makes gluten free bread.

There are indeed two companies with easily confused names.

 

Rudi's makes both gluten-free and wheat-based products. You need to look at the package to be sure which you are getting.

 

Udi's makes only gluten-free products.
