I recall back in my history having surgery for an ovarian cyst.  I believe the doctor told me my tissues were irritated.  Are ovarian cysts a possible complication of celiac disease?

I've never seen any information about a connection or whether celiacs are more likely to have cysts, but gluten seems to affect everything.  I had a cyst the size of a grapefruit that had to be surgically removed a couple of years before I was diagnosed.  I have a much better period since going gluten free (less cramping/irritability/headaches, and much lighter and shorter) so gluten seems to have some influence on my hormones, which might effect cyst growth.
